Please scroll to the bottom to submit your RSVP. Trials will commence at 9.30am and run through until 12pm. Students should arrive at Massey High School at 9am to register and be ready to commence at 9.30am.  

On arrival students are to go directly to the Jack Adam Gym. The Jack Adam Gym is located next to the Astro turf and the swimming pool. 

The format for the day will be as follows:

• Introduction
• Warm-up
• Physical fitness and functional movement testing
• Sport specific and game play assessment
• Question and answer session
• Farewell

 What to Bring:

• Appropriate clothing and footwear for their sport
• Running or court shoes for testing on the Astro turf and in the gym
• Football boots for skill and game assessment on the fields
• Food and drink
• Any medical requirements
• If you wish to trial for Waterpolo please bring along appropriate gear for this.

The students will be placed into random groups for the physical fitness and functional movement testing and then into sport specific groups for skill and game assessment.
