Operation Christmas Cauldron! This Christmas, our Year 9 and 10 Leadership students are getting behind Operation Christmas Cauldron, a community initiative organised by Westie Witches Helping Hands to support local families during the festive season.
We are calling on our Massey High School students, staff and whānau to help us fill the cauldron with donations that will be used to create Christmas hampers for families in need.
These hampers will be distributed to local families through Family Action and the Walsh Trust.
We are collecting:
- Non-perishable food items (with at least six months remaining before expiry)
- Christmas treats, including crackers, puddings, lollies and biscuits
- Personal care and hygiene products
Our Leadership students are excited to put their learning into action by supporting a project that demonstrates the importance of service, generosity and giving back to our community.
Donations close on Tuesday 8 December.
Students can drop them off to Mrs Soons in the Jack Adam Gym or hand it to one of our lovely Year 9/10 Leadership students.
Whether you can contribute one item or several, every donation will help make Christmas a little brighter for a local family.
