Hospitality students recently hosted the Waitakere Cadet Unit's annual formal dinner, providing a memorable dining experience for 54 officers, cadets, parents, and guests.

From setting the tables to preparing, cooking, and serving a superb four-course meal, students took responsibility for every aspect of the event. The front-of-house team delivered outstanding service with confidence and professionalism, while the kitchen team worked seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure each course was presented and served on time.

The evening highlighted the students' growing industry skills, teamwork, and ability to deliver a professional catering event to a high standard.
