A huge congratulations to Luca Wan, who represented Massey High School with outstanding skill and determination at the New Zealand Secondary Schools Karate Championships on 29–30 August. 

Luca delivered an exceptional performance, earning: 

• Gold – Kumite (Male Years 10/11, Age 14/15 Premier, +63kg)  
• Bronze – Kata (Male Years 10/11, Age 14/15 Premier) 

To medal in both the combat and technical disciplines of karate is an incredible achievement, showcasing Luca's dedication, discipline, and countless hours of training.
