​Everything you need to help plan your next steps after school — from tertiary course planning and open days to important application deadlines, career support and useful resources for students and parents/caregivers.

DO NOT MISS THESE DATES!
  • Tertiary applications for most institutions close on 8 December (although it is prudent to apply earlier – check with the institutions you are applying for). Art design courses and teaching are usually around mid-September. DO NOT MISS THESE DATES!

  • Tertiary accommodation closes on 15 September – make sure you apply for halls well before this date.


  • Studylink applications are due before 16 December but get onto this asap – don’t leave it till the last minute if you want your money through before you start your study next year!

  • CV writing (pop into Careers and we can help you with this)
  • Get your documents verified by a JP (Mr Vaigalu is stationed in the PAC cafe every Day 1 at interval to do this for you)
  • Job interview practice sessions
