Our whole Year 11 cohort attended a high-energy, three-hour motivation and career planning event on Tuesday 18 August, designed to inspire students to think big, recognise their strengths and start planning for their future.

The purpose of the day was to:

1. Identify and align your innermost desires with your talents and unique abilities.
2. Crystallise your dreams, set goals and develop a plan of action to achieve them.
3. Develop powerful strategies to become and stay motivated.
4. Boost confidence, set meaningful goals and ultimately do what you love and love what you do.

Students were encouraged to look beyond simply choosing a career and instead think about who they are, what motivates them, what they are capable of and what they want their future to look like.

The day provided our Year 11 students with the opportunity to reflect, be inspired and take practical steps towards creating a future that aligns with their strengths, passions and aspirations.
