Completed House on the move from the MHS Construction Academy.

We were very pleased to see another house going on it’s next journey, this time to Kaikohe for Kāinga Ora. The house has been built by our ākonga, (students) under the guidance of our kaiwhakaako, (our building tutors). As with all our houses it has been through all the normal council inspections plus the extra requirements that Kāinga Ora need. 

The students are very proud of their achievements and are really excelling in their skills expertise and acquisition as the year gets in to its final quarter. 

The space created at our site is now being readied for the next build.
